1. Who we are

This policy applies to the Foreverthread mobile application (the "App"), provided by:

In this policy, "Foreverthread", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Foreverthread Pty Ltd. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information stored on your device (not collected by us)

Foreverthread works entirely on your device. The following information is created and stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us, and we have no ability to access it:

• The people you add. Names, contact details, birthdays, and important dates for the friends and family you track.
• Your notes and content. Any notes, messages, or content you write in the App, including anything you enter for the in-app Assistant.
• Your activity. Catch-ups, reminders, meetups, and relationship history you log.
• Contacts you import. If you grant permission, you can import contacts from your device to add people more quickly. This happens on your device; imported contact information is stored locally and is not sent to us. You can revoke contacts permission at any time in your device settings.

Because this information lives only on your device, you are in control of it. If you delete the App or clear your data, this information is removed with it (see Section 6).

3. Information processed for your subscription

The only information that leaves your device relates to purchasing and managing a Foreverthread subscription.

• Payments. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, according to their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive or store your payment card details.
• Subscription management (RevenueCat). We use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate purchases and manage subscription status. When you buy, restore, or use a subscription, RevenueCat processes limited information, including a subscription/app-user identifier (which is anonymous unless you tell us otherwise), purchase and transaction details from the app store, and basic device and platform information (such as device model, operating system, country, and app version). This is used solely to validate and manage your subscription and to give us aggregate insight into subscription performance. RevenueCat processes this information under its own privacy policy, available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

We do not use this subscription information to identify you personally or to build a profile of you.

4. The in-app Assistant

The App includes an Assistant that helps you draft messages and stay in touch. The Assistant operates on your device, and the information it uses stays on your device. We do not receive the content of your Assistant prompts or the people-related information it references.

If this ever changes — for example, if a future version processes Assistant requests on external servers — we will update this policy before that happens and clearly describe what is sent and to whom.

5. Information about other people

Foreverthread lets you store information about your friends and family, which is a sensitive responsibility:

• Your responsibility. When you add another person's information (including by importing contacts), you confirm you are entitled to do so and that you will handle it respectfully.
• It stays on your device. Information you add about others is stored only on your device, is not sent to us, and is used only to provide the App's features to you (such as reminding you of a birthday). We do not contact these people, profile them, or share their information.
• Requests. If someone has questions about information you may have stored about them, they can contact us at everthreadapp@gmail.com, though because the information is held privately on your device and not by us, we will generally direct them to you.

6. Keeping and deleting your information

Because your information is stored only on your device, we do not retain it and cannot delete it for you from our side — there is nothing on our servers to delete. You can remove your information at any time by:

• Deleting individual people or entries within the App;
• Using the App's reset or "delete all data" option in its settings; or
• Uninstalling the App, which removes the App's locally stored data from your device.

For subscription records held by RevenueCat and the app stores, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account, and you may contact us at everthreadapp@gmail.com with any request regarding subscription data.

7. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Because we do not collect your app data, there is nothing for us to share. The only third parties that process any information are:

• RevenueCat — subscription management (see Section 3);
• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing (see Section 3).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights, and in the unlikely event of a business sale or transfer — but note that this concerns only the limited subscription information described above, not your on-device data, which we do not hold.

8. Analytics and tracking

Foreverthread does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software, and does not track you across other apps or websites. Apart from the subscription data described in Section 3, no usage information is collected from the App.

9. Notifications

Reminders and birthday alerts are scheduled locally on your device and do not require us to collect or store any information. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings.

10. Security

Your information is protected by your device's own security. Because it is stored locally rather than on our servers, it is not exposed to server-side breaches. We recommend keeping your device secured with a passcode or biometric lock and keeping your operating system up to date. The limited subscription data handled by RevenueCat and the app stores is protected under their respective security measures. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

Foreverthread is not intended for children. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 12. International data transfers

Your on-device information stays on your device and is not transferred internationally by us. The limited subscription information handled by RevenueCat and the app stores may be processed in other countries, including the United States, where those providers operate. They apply their own safeguards for such transfers.

13. Your rights and region-specific information

You control your on-device information directly within the App. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information and to make a privacy complaint. To make any request, contact us at everthreadapp@gmail.com.

• Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are unhappy with our response to a privacy concern, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
• European Economic Area / United Kingdom. You have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Given the App stores your data on your device, most of these rights are exercised directly by you within the App; for subscription data, contact us.
• California. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under California law. You may contact us to exercise your rights, and you will not be discriminated against for doing so.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes — particularly any change to the fully on-device nature of the App — we will notify you within the App or by other means before the change takes effect, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
